Problem Statement

As an emerging leader in a niche and highly regulated category (Hemp/CBD), BOHECO faced several critical scaling hurdles

Limited Brand Awareness

Despite a superior product line, the brand lacked the necessary "Top of Mind" awareness in a competitive wellness market.

Compliance & Policy Restrictions

Navigating Meta’s stringent advertising policies for hemp-based products required a sophisticated, compliant-first creative approach.

Inefficient Customer Acquisition

Previous attempts at scaling were met with high CAC and plateauing ROAS, limiting the brand's ability to reinvest in growth.

Audience Fragmentation

The brand needed to transition from broad targeting to identifying high-value "Health & Wellness" and "Luxury Lifestyle" personas.

Spokes Solutions

We implemented a multi-layered Meta Ads strategy designed for aggressive but sustainable growth:

We moved beyond generic targeting by building Custom & Lookalike Audiences (LAL) based on BOHECO’s existing CRM data. We specifically targeted "Health & Wellness" enthusiasts and "Eco-Conscious Luxury" consumers.

To combat ad fatigue and capture attention, we deployed a mix of In-feed Video Ads (for storytelling), Carousel Ads (for product discovery), and High-Impact Static Ads (for direct response).

Our team crafted sophisticated ad copies that highlighted the "Sustainable Lifestyle" and "Ancient Wisdom" of Hemp, ensuring 100% ad approval while maintaining high engagement.

We implemented a robust DPA (Dynamic Product Ads) strategy to retarget users who viewed products but didn’t purchase, significantly boosting the ROAS in the bottom-funnel stage.

By monitoring performance on a daily basis, we reallocated budgets toward high-performing "winning" creatives and paused underperforming segments, ensuring the 3-month delta remained positive.
